I recently stayed at Best Western in Erding for a short trip. The hotel was conveniently located near the old town and the Water Park Health center, which was a major highlight of our visit. The proximity to these attractions allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Additionally, the staff at the bar were friendly and provided excellent service. it was a satisfying experience.

I would recommend this hotel.

Old facility but is not a problem

Breakfast was great! Room clean and has met the expectations. Everything was as we imagined it would be.

The underground car park is very narrow and the parking possibilities with a normal car are a little difficult.

Spacious rooms with a balcony to enjoy fresh air, great location near metro station with forest views, friendly staff, efficient check-in, well-stocked bar.

Rich breakfast buffet (sausage, cheese, spreads, müsli, fruit, vegetables, omelettes of your choice, pancakes, bratwursts, white sausages and so on and so on - something for everyone.We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant Red Baron - very tasty. The beds were very comfortable. The thermal baths can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes - great location !!!!

Service and staff was incompentent. First hotel that charged upon booking Also overcharged the credit card when checking out. Service at the bar was unfriendly.

best western in erding exceeded my expectations during this anniversary trip. the modern and clean accommodation, friendly staff, and close proximity to the airport and Therme Erding made it a perfect stay. special mention to the polite blonde girl at reception and the delicious breakfast options. i have been coming here for years and it never disappoints!

The German staff were bi-lingual and assisted greatly as I do not speak German. The breakfast was excellent and the free internet was quite a bonus.

The room walls could use a coat of paint as they looked used.

The complimentary drink vouchers at check-in were a nice touch, as well as the free parking. The location was convenient to the nearby attractions and activities. We enjoyed the spa treatments offered on-site.

The room was not as advertised, with uncomfortable beds and a cold, uninviting atmosphere. The staff was not helpful with our requests and seemed disinterested in assisting us with any questions or concerns.

I had ordered an additional pillow, but unfortunately did not receive ☹️. Didn't sleep well last night.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The hotel is located in a small town, which allowed for a quiet and peaceful stay. The location is not too close to the airport, but it is convenient for traveling to Munich and other areas in the region.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous.

It was further from the airport than expected. The hotel charged for airport transfer (it was a Best Western van) and we had to schedule it earlier than necessary to get our flight.

Very poor service. Airport shuttle bus useless. Waited over an hour, after having called the hotel twice, and then went by taxi.

Shuttle bus service very poor. Staff very unhelpful. Restaurant buffet almost empty when I went their at 9pm.
